Where & When

Pick-ups are available Monday through Friday, between the hours of:

🕛 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

This window allows us time to give each puppy the care, attention, and preparation they need to be ready for their forever home. Please ensure you arrive within the scheduled time slot, as our team carefully plans each day to accommodate multiple families.

🐶 Advance Notice Required

Please notify us at least one day in advance of your desired pick-up date so we can make sure your puppy is clean, fed, relaxed, and fully prepped for the transition.

Same-day pick-ups are not available, as each puppy requires preparation time and final wellness checks before going home.

💳 Refundable Deposit

A refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your pick-up time. This reduces no-shows and ensures our team is ready for your arrival.

  • Fully refundable after the successful handover of the puppy.
  • Applied toward your final balance or returned if the pick-up is completed as scheduled.
  • Please provide notice early if plans change to avoid delays or forfeiture.
